Every evening I go online and visit the Activated website . I read the past issues, the proverb for the day, and the books that are offered--it is really a source of enrichment.
It is incredible how every day I find the answer to a personal question. For example, the other evening I was praying and apologized to Jesus because I didn't feel I could find the right words to use when I prayed. And just the next day I read in Activated that there is no specific way to pray, but that every sincere word of love to God satisfies Him.
I don't know if I ever told you what had happened to me a few minutes before we first met. On that day I was at the beach, and because of the strong wind, the sea was rough. I was swimming a ways off the shore when a big wave completely submerged me. I wondered, Could Jesus flood into my heart like this overwhelming wave? Could the love of Jesus engulf me like this wave is?
Only a few minutes later, I met you, and through our discussion, the Gospel tracts you gave me, and the prayer we prayed to accept Jesus into my life, you helped to strengthen my faith. No, I don't believe anything happens by accident. God heard and answered me.
Thanks to frequent reading of the Bible, I finally know how to live in this world, and how to help and love others. I am really happy that Jesus is in my heart! Thanks to Him, I am not afraid of anything, because I know that He is always by my side.
